Flowserve Serck Audco Super-H pressure balanced plug valves are supplied for many 'tight shut off' duties in the worldwide oil and gas markets. Sizes ranging from 0.5 to 36in with a variety of end connections are produced in pressure ratings ANSI 125 to 2500 and API 6A up to 10000 rating.
A range of body and trim materials from standard carbon steels through to Super Duplex stainless steels, ensures that valves are available to suit most applications including NACE - MR-01-75 sour services or highly abrasive services such as slurries. Pressure balanced plugs with super 'Lomu' surface treatment provide low torque operation. The ability to inject emergency stem packing around the blowout proof stem assures sealing to atmosphere, whilst plug sealant can be injected to provide down the line sealing even with damaged seats.
The Super-H is of rugged construction and boasts metal to metal seats of large area that are fully protected when the valve is in the open position. This feature coupled with the availability of hard facing options for wetted parts makes the Super-H valve ideal for the arduous erosive and corrosive applications associated with both onshore and offshore oil and gas exploration and production. The Super-H is a quarter turn valve ideally suited to power actuation.
The Super H is also available in Double Block & Bleed construction (refer to DIPV and TIPV pages) and can be Jacketed for sulphur or other high temp applications.
