The Valbart line of trunnion-mounted ball valves is recognized as some of the best in industry, specializing in the design of API-6A and API-6D TMBVs
The Valbart range of Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves (TMBV) continues to exceed the performance demands required for harsh environments and difficult applications by providing durable and high functionality products to support a wide range of industry applications including exploration, production, pipeline transmission, storage and refining.
The standard range of API 6A & 6D (Side entry, Top Entry, Welded Body, Cryogenic, Subsea and Double Block and Bleed) ball valves have proven their worth in onshore and offshore applications involving handling of gas, oil and fluids in extreme temperature and pressure differentials. Whereas, the highly engineered specialized range (Control valves and Rising Stem Ball Valves) offer a comprehensive suite of custom-engineered solutions for applications requiring control of cavitation/noise attenuation and challenging processes such as isomerization and separation with molecular sieves.
Valbart valves are fully customizable depending on the application and service medium. Soft seated valves are offered for standard services whereas valves for applications with abrasive medium can be supplied with metal seats with hard-faced seat faces. Optimum resistance to leakage is ensured through the double sealing action of O-rings, lip-seal rings, or graphite gaskets in all the static joints of the body components additionally ensure the fire safe feature of the valves.
With its state of the art manufacturing facility located at Mezzago, Italy, Valbart is capable of offering valves tailored to the most demanding customer specifications. The facility is equipped with the latest automation technology including horizontal and vertical boring mills, machining centers and testing facilities for hydraulic, gas and cryogenic testing. Leveraging on its in-house welding shop, Valbart is able to offer all types of overlays, including all-wetted surfaces, with corrosion resistant alloys and coatings for abrasive service valves.
The Valbart range of TMBV are available in sizes from 2 thru 56 inches, API 6D valves in ANSI Class 150 to 2500 and API 6A 2000-15000. Valbart valves represent technical sophistication and the highest quality standards, designed to fulfill stringent industry standards including ISO 9001, PED, ATEX, API 6D, API 6A, API 6DSS, SIL 3 and TA - Luft
