The Pulsair III is a digital positioner that combines high air delivery capacity with low air consumption.
It suits both linear and rotary actuators, single or double acting. Five keys and a large graphic display make the Pulsair III simple to configure and adjust. The pneumatic relay consists of piezo electric valves and is made of plastic to offer high corrosion resistance.
An easily accessible, built-in, replaceable filter is provided to offer durability together with a sealed off compartment for the terminals.
Intrinsically Safe and Explosion proof models are available.
Communication protocols include HART, Profibus PA, and FOUNDATION Fieldbus.
Pulsair III offers a wide range of special versions:
- Fail in last position upon loss of input signal
- Remote mounted
- 270 degree rotation
New ValveSight DTM software
The ValveSight Diagnostic Solution allows the users at all levels of experience and technical sophistication to be able view the health of their complete valve assembly, no matter what kind of control valve is being used.
ValveSight uses a dashboard interface that does not require the user to navigate to alarms to understand the health of the device. It has been specially designed to communicate complex information simply and quickly.
