The Flowserve Worcester Series MP44 was developed as a high performance, high cycle, and thermal shock-proof valve for automated curing and molding operations.
Working with a leading tire manufacturer, Worcester helped design a valve to solve the chronic problems of rubber and plastic molding operations.
Not just for molding operations the MP44 quarter turn rotary design is ideal for many high cycle applications.

Capable of handling steam to 300 psi - Capable of alternately handling steam, hot water, cold water and hot nitrogen and other gasses - Bubble tight shut-off - Corrosion resistant to acidity and dirty steam - 3-piece design for easy service - manual or automatic on-off and modulating control.

Size range from 1/4'' to 2'', 1500 PSI CWP, Temperature range from -20F to 600F, ASME B16.34 pressure vessel design to class 600, Carbon and 316SS forged bodies, End connections include SE and NP
