The FlowAct pneumatic diaphragm actuator is high-thrust, multi-spring actuator for direct or reverse action - easy installation and field reversible without additional parts.
Due to the modular design, FlowAct fits on all Flowserve valve series like FlowTop / FlowPak / FlowPro / VariCool and is also available without yoke - only as a Power Unit.
With the multi-function cast yoke design, you have the possibility to mount the accessory DIRECT or to NAMUR. Direct mounting without piping (close at air failure) up to stroke 40 mm and actuator size 700 acc. to VDI/VDE 3845 and 3847 for solenoid valves, positioners and filter regulators.
High quality springs in FD CrSi steel (epoxy resin) - fabric-reinforced roll-type diaphragm and a sturdy design (no detectable hysteresis) are determining factors for a very reliable product.
With different spring sets the FlowAct actuator is capable for air supply ranges from 1,2 to 6,0 bar / 17 to 90 psi.
