The Centura ''AE'' series electric rotary valve actuators are ideal for larger torque applications where flow must be controlled with accuracy and dependability. The ''AE'' series provides up to 3500 inch-pounds of torque. All ''AE'' Series actuators are designed to provide maximum performance in a small package, thus providing complete control of quarter turn valves, dampers and other types of rotary equipment. ''AE'' Series electric actuators offer a permanently lubricated, sealed gear train, which protects against the disabling effects of moisture, corrosion and breakage. Long life and dependability are built into every Flowserve Accord electric actuator.
Features
- The Centura
- All models contain a permanently lubricated, precision cut, heat treated alloy steel gear train for a long life, and are designed to withstand motor stall torque.
- Travel limit switch cams are spring loaded and splined so that the Open/Close positions can be quickly set without any special tools.
- A protected manual override is provided as standard with a handwheel as an option.
- A positive latching brake is supplied as standard.
