On June 19, Ratko Posta, product manager, will discuss recent advances in boiler instrumentation with a focus on operational and functional safety requirements in commercial and industrial boilers in his presentation, “Safety Devices and Services for Boiler Automation Control.”
On June 21, Dr. Bill Newton, strategic marketing manager, will cover product development in the pump market. His presentation, “Cutting Time Scales for New Product Development: A Chemical Process Pump Example,” will offer insight into how Flowserve made significant reductions in the time to market for its Mark 3 ISO chemical process pump.
On June 22, Scott Wilkerson, product manager, will discuss how previously accepted levels of valve actuator performance are being supplanted by expectations for better precision, safer, quieter operation and improved longevity during his presentation, “The Use of Brushless DCV Motors in Electronic Valve Actuators.”
